They also completed a complex 30-acre site acquisition by CT Realty from the Successor Agency in the City of Industry for a 5-building speculative development which was pre-sold to users, and the team is currently working on a 10-acre redevelopment project in Pico Rivera to covert a historical ranch property into a transloading/high throughput warehouse for CenterPoint Properties.
