Tony Lembeck

Tony Lembeck began his real estate career as an industrial broker in Westchester County, New York in 1996, following a successful tenure practicing real estate law in Manhattan. Over the next two decades, he played a pivotal role at Friedland Realty, where he held several executive leadership positions including Manager of the Industrial Division, COO, President, CEO, and Vice-Chairman. During his time there, Tony was involved in numerous high-profile transactions and built a reputation for excellence in industrial real estate. In November 2015, Tony and his wife relocated to Savannah, Georgia, where he joined NAI Mopper | Benton, a firm he had previously collaborated with during his years in New York. His client portfolio includes major property holders such as Lockheed Martin Corporation, and large-scale tenants like the New York City Police Department’s Drug Enforcement Agency and the New York City Board of Education. Despite these notable clients, Tony has always maintained a strong commitment to serving small property owners—those for whom a single warehouse, store, or parcel of land may represent their family’s most valuable asset. Before entering the real estate industry, Tony’s diverse professional background included running a textile importing company, working as a theater producer in New York City, and owning and managing a boys’ summer camp in Maine. He is also a co-founder of Camp Viva, a one-week sleepaway camp for families affected by HIV/AIDS, which he has helped run for over 26 years. His contributions to this cause were recognized by the New York State Commissioner of Health. Tony now enjoys life in Savannah, residing at The Landings on Skidaway Island with his wife, Andrea. Together, they have four children: Jared (32), Sophie (30), Averi (30), and Amelia (27).
