Tony Fluhr

Mr. Fluhr serves as senior vice president of NTS Development Company where he oversees the commercial leasing for NTS and other clients. He is responsible for the leasing of office, medical-office, office/warehouse, and retail property in the Louisville, Lexington and Evansville markets. He also brokers commercial land sales and ground leases for NTS and has been involved in real estate transactions generating more than $1 billion since 2006. He is a member of SIOR (the Society of Industrial Realtors), the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CCIM Kentucky Chapter, the Urban Land Institute and ULI Kentucky Chapter. He has served on numerous boards including the CCIM Kentucky Chapter (including being the former Kentucky CCIM Chapter President), the Louisville Energy Alliance (LEA) and ULI Kentucky Chapter. Prior to joining NTS, Mr. Fluhr was in asset management with Meridian Realty Investments, a company that oversaw a nationwide portfolio of approximately $500 million of commercial real estate assets. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Louisville, as well as the distinguished SIOR & CCIM real estate designations.
