Remember back in the day when your parents said, "So long as you are in my home, you'll do things my way?" Well, I couldn't wait for the day to buy my own home and was blessed with the opportunity, just 2.5 months out of college. I so enjoyed improving and maximizing the potential of my first Home and seeing the fruits of my labor! ...it didn't hurt that it was a multi-family home that paid for itself! Since that day I recognized the potential of Real Estate and passed the Real Estate exam on the 1st try back in 1985.
