Tonney joined Sperry Van Ness Miller Commercial Real Estate after graduating from Gettysburg College and spending 15 years in Washington, D.C. as a marketing professional working for both for-profit and non-profit companies. As a native of Salisbury, Tonney has returned to his roots to explore his career as a real estate advisor bringing his keen eye for detail and creative perspective on client needs to commercial sales and leasing. Tonney is adept at building business relationships and driven by a desire to work with the community to develop local business opportunities to increase the awareness of Salisbury as Maryland’s Eastern Shore hub for development and growth. Tonney works directly with Managing Director and Senior Advisor Brent C. Miller, CCIM, CPM, and will be a candidate for the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
