Tommy Wilson

Tommy provides leadership and direction in Ball Commercial’s expansion efforts into Dallas and other major markets throughout Texas. He oversees Ball Commercial’s listing inventory and works closely with our clients. Tommy also coordinates, mentors and oversees the company’s new hires across multiple markets. Prior to Ball Commercial, Tommy spent 13 years with Fritsche Anderson working on office and industrial tenant representation. In addition, Tommy worked on land sales as well as the sale of small buildings and churches. Before Fritsche Anderson, Tommy was with CB Richard Ellis for 10 years. Starting in 1999, he led a team responsible for disposing of 503 industrial and office properties in 41 countries on behalf of Halliburton Energy Services. Once completed, he focused on tenant representation. Tommy is a member of Chapelwood United Methodist Church and previously served as a Board Chair for The Texas Center for the Missing.
