Tommy LeBlanc

Tommy LeBlanc is a Principal for the firm’s Houston office who specializes in land acquisitions and dispositions. With more than 15 years of award-winning commercial real estate experience, Tommy assists clients with locating Houston land for sale that is ideal for development and/or investment. Prior to joining Avison Young, he was with Mason Partners, and McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason, + Company. He began his career with The Situs Companies where he provided corporate services to major lenders such as GE Capital and AIG. He has worked with notable clients such as Centerpoint Energy, The Lionstone Group, Hines, David Weekley Homes, Ryland Homes, KB Homes, The Morgan Group, The Johnson Development and The Metropolitan Transit Authority. During his successful career, Tommy has negotiated more than half a billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions and was named to the Houston Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters list in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. He was ranked 10th as Avison Young’s Top Sales Professional for 2018. Tommy is a board member of the Houston Real Estate Coastal Conservation Association and an active member of Urban Land Institute and the Texas Exes, Houston Chapter. He has also participated in the MS 150 bike journey from Houston to Austin for several years to help raise money and awareness for multiple sclerosis.
