Tom Woodyard a recognized leader known for his energy, integrity and accountability, Tom Woodyard is a Florida-licensed real estate salesman and principal of Woodyard & Associates. Tom’s career in real estate dates back to 1987, and his knowledge of the Southwest Florida market is unparalleled. Tom has been a top performer throughout his career. He earned a place in the Grubb & Ellis Circle of Excellence from 1998-2002, and then led the number one commercial real estate team at Re/Max. His company has been recognized each year as a top broker in Southwest Florida with the Costar Power Broker Award given by Costar Group, Inc. A leader in his field, Tom served on the Governing Board of Directors for the Real Estate Investment Society and was the Chairman of the Scholarship Foundation. He is also a member of the Greater Fort Myers Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Board of Realtors, Southwest Florida CCIM Chapter, Commercial Investment Professionals and the Lee County Building Industry Association.
