Tom Weise

Tom has been a part of our executive team since 1996. His primary roles include strategic planning, acquisitions & dispositions, financing, contract negotiation, legal and lease administration, asset management and project development supervision. Tom has also served as a director of the Portage Development Board (economic development agency for Portage County, Ohio), as well as a board member of the Kent-Brimfield Joint Economic Development District. He is also a past member of the Business Advisory Council serving his local school district. Tom graduated with honors in 1996 from Cedarville University (B.A. Finance). He also happens to be an Elder and one of the founding members of Bridge Bible Church located in Kent, Ohio.
