Tom Waltz

Principal Broker Thomas P. Waltz (Tom) is a veteran of the Commercial Real Estate industry and is the cofounder of Campana Waltz Commercial Real Estate. LLC He has over 25 years of experience in the Hampton Roads market area. Mr. Waltz has sold or leased a wide variety of Commercial properties throughout the region. Mr. Waltz sold the world renowned Historic Chamberlin Hotel in Hampton, Virginia. This transaction was recognized by the Virginia CCIM Chapter as one of the most significant real estate transactions in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Waltz graduated from Christopher Newport University (CNU) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate. During college he worked at United Parcel Service and learned the valuable lesson 'Time is Money" and employs that concept into his business and that of his clients. Through the years he has successfully worked with Fortune 500 companies, municipal governments, Educational institutions, various local and regional businesses and start up companies pursuing the American Dream. Tom has held numerous leadership positions with a variety of Professional and Civic organizations. Tom is married to his wife Janis and they have two sons, Anthony and Travis. Both sons have their real estate licenses with Campana Waltz Commercial Real Estate.
