Tom Todd has joined Kidder Mathews as a senior vice president in Silicon Valley. He brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in tenant and landlord representation with a focus on office and R&D leases and sales. Todd began his career as a sales associate at CBRE, followed by more than two decades at Newmark in Silicon Valley, where he served as Managing Director. He has successfully completed over 700 transactions, totaling approximately $1 billion in value, representing clients including Hudson Pacific, DivcoWest, Rees Properties, MetLife, Panasonic Electric Works Corporation, BKF Engineers, and JAMS, Inc.
