Tom Terry

Tom specializes in leasing and sales of industrial properties throughout Orange County. Tom first began with Voit as an intern in the summer months of 2016 and 2017 and worked alongside one of the firm’s most successful teams. After graduating college, he joined Voit as a full-time broker in August 2018. While earning his degree in Urban and Regional Development at the University of Arizona, Tom worked part time at La Paloma Country Club in members services. Since joining Voit, he has been able to quickly make a presence in the brokerage community and takes a hands-on approach to new business development. Tom consistently makes an effort to devote his time marketing/ prospecting in the field, which has proven to set him apart from his more seasoned peers. With his vast market knowledge, personable nature, and tireless work ethic, Tom strives to deliver the highest quality of service to his clients. Tom’s clientele ranges from small local business owners to accredited institutional investors. When he is not working on transactions, Tom enjoys teeing it up on the golf course as a single-digit handicap.
