Tom graduated cum laude from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program at Boston College in 2009 with concentrations in Finance, Accounting and Economics. He worked in Financial Due Diligence within KPMG's Transaction Services practice from October 2009 until June 2012. Tom joined W. P. Carey as a Senior Associate in Financial Planning and Analysis in June 2012, serving both the non-traded funds (CPA 16, CPA 17 and CWI) and the publicly traded REIT (NYSE: WPC). Tom's primary responsibilities involved maintaining WPC's corporate model and providing advice to senior management related to strategic finance and capital markets. Tom completed an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate at Columbia Business School in May 2017. In the Summer of 2016, he worked in Transactions and Customized Investment Strategies for Prudential Global Investment Management (PGIM) Real Estate. Upon completing his MBA, Tom joined Building & Land Technology as an Associate on the Investments & Development team.
