Tom Shimota

Tom joined Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. in 2008. Although relatively new to brokerage, Tom is an industry veteran. He spent 15 years managing and leasing major highrises for both Cushman & Wakefield and Hines. During his career, Tom has completed over 1 million square feet of lease transactions with an aggregate value of over $30 million. His knowledge of the industry and drive to provide the best solutions for his clients continually creates long term relationships with many of the region’s most prestigious companies. Tom specializes in office leasing and sales in the greater Portland area. Academic Tom received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Minnesota in 1992.
