Tom Quinlan

Tom Quinlan joined CBRE Tampa’s Industrial Brokerage team in 2019. Specializing in the representation of industrial landlords and tenants, Mr. Quinlan focuses on developing client relationships, identifying financial savings opportunities for prospective clients and building his tenant representation practice. Prior to joining CBRE, Tom was at Newmark Knight Frank working with the office and industrial brokerage teams in Tampa. Tom also held the position of business manager at SEI Investments in Pennsylvania, where he was a key decision maker for the financial planning and business performance of the SEI Private Trust Company. Mr. Quinlan graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. During his tenure at Franklin & Marshall College, he was an active member of The Harwood Leadership Program, as well as an NCAA Division 1 wrestler.
