Tom Myers is a 30+ year veteran of Denver commercial real estate, working primarily with owners and users of industrial and office properties. His experience includes advising on the purchase and sale of warehouses, manufacturing facilities, office/flex/R&D properties, and land, as well as project leasing. He has closed well over a billion dollars in investment and user transactions with many recognized national, regional, and local companies. Tom works closely with his clients to define the scope of each project. He is responsible for overall deal execution and success, and shares responsibilities with his team to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Their systematic approach to each project, tailored to individual client needs, yields successful results every time. Clients praise Tom’s work ethic, commitment and ability to get things done, as well as his emphasis on clear and regular communication. Before joining Unique Properties in 2002 Tom developed his brokerage skills with a large international firm, where he gained broad exposure to many industries, markets and deal types. Prior to that he practiced law, specializing in business and real estate. Tom also brings to the table a business owner’s perspective, with successful experience as a developer and investor.
