Tom McDonough

In 2003, Thomas E. McDonough joined Huff Equities as Senior Project Director. Mr. McDonough Brings to the firm significant management experience gained in multiple industries including commercial construction, architectural and engineering services, energy and light industry. He has held positions with large international corporations as well as local firms, and his functional experience includes finance, general management, business development, marketing and engineering. Having managed multi-million dollar projects throughout the U.S. and Europe, he possesses a combination of strong analytical and technical skills and is known for his attention to detail. Mr. McDonough has had a major role in over $425 million of real estate transactions and projects. He also prides himself on helping clients maximize the value of their Leases during their term. Mr. McDonough holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. He is also a licensed real estate broker and has a thorough understanding of the relationship between corporate strategy and facility decisions.
