Tom Lovell

Tom recently rejoined STREAM Capital Partners as a Senior Advisor. Tom is known for building strong relationships with companies throughout the real estate industry and brings 12 years of experience executing complex build-to-suit and sale leaseback transactions in variety of industries. Before rejoining STREAM, Tom was a Managing Director of Acquisitions at STORE Capital in Scottsdale, Arizona where he served as a market leader for the South Central U.S. market. During his tenure there, Tom focused on structuring single tenant sale leaseback and build-to-suit opportunities for real estate intensive middle market companies. Prior to his four-year tenure at STORE, Tom worked with STREAM Capital for a year focusing on structuring sale leaseback transactions and AIC Ventures for seven years as a Senior Acquisitions Associate focusing on Industrial sale leaseback transactions. Tom graduated from the University of Miami at Coral Gables and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance.
