Thomas Lockwood – Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker As a proven performer with a commercial real estate career spanning multiple decades, I spent 19 years of my career with the Eastman Kodak Company in the Legal Division coordinating the document and physical exhibit production in the Polaroid V Kodak Patent Litigation lawsuit. I later assisted in the preparation for the arguments in front of the US Supreme Court. The last 13 years I was facilities manager for a two million square feet finished goods warehouse facility in the Rochester area. 1995 I went with Frontier Communications as their Senior Corporate Real Estate Manager where I managed 1.75 million sq. ft. of office space . I negotiated new and near expiring leases, terminated and moved offices to different locations nationwide, coordinated complete buildouts with furniture and IT installs and was project manager for the construction of a 75,000 sq. ft. office building in Green Bay, WI. 2001 I got my Brokers license and worked with several local brokerage companies as a commercial real estate broker in sales & leasing. I have represented many local and national clients such as Time Warner, Loomis Fargo, Mutual of Omaha, La-Z-Boy, and New York State. I represent several local and national developers for land for retail, student and multifamily housing, and New York State distribution warehouse users. My areas of expertise are office, industrial, retail land development and marinas. I am a past board member of the Rochester Chapter New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR). I hold the designations; GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Rep). Further, I am active in the community having volunteered for many years serving in various board capacities as Vice Chairman for Kirkhaven Nursing Home, board member for Seniorsfirst, an adult Community Services facility, and The Alzheimer’s Association as a mentor and instructor and President of the Rochester Theatre Organ Society. An avid model railroader and builder of museum quality model ships. I travel to steam railroad museums around the county to operate actual steam locomotives such as Essex, Ct and Western Maryland and Cass West Virginia.
