Current responsibilities Thomas Kent joined JLL in February of 2011 and is a Managing Director on the Suburban team. Thomas focuses on representing Tenants and Landlords in the leasing and sale of office, research and development and industrial space in the South Market. Experience Thomas brings more than 12 years of experience to JLL, having worked as a top performer at FHO Partners Boston and the Trammell Crow Company. He has developed an impressive professional network with a client base of national and global companies. In 2006, Thomas was awarded the Commercial Brokers Association’s Suburban Office Deal of the Year for the Tyco Healthcare lease (475,000 SF) and the 2006 Commercial Brokers Association’s Suburban Industrial Deal of the Year for the AutoPart International lease of 347,000 SF.
