Tom Heal

Tom has been in commercial-investment real estate for over 40 years. He is a former commercial real estate appraiser of thirteen years, in which he qualified and testified as an expert witness in various Utah courts. Services have included brokerage (sales and leasing), investment analysis, feasibility studies, market studies, negotiation and consulting. During Heal’s time in commercial real estate, he has represented major clients and projects in Utah, Arizona, Texas, Georgia and North and South Carolina. Total volume of real estate activities exceeds $2 Billion. He has been ranked in the top 1% of all commercial brokers nationally in sales. Tom has served in the corporate side of real estate, having been a Regional Vice President of Real Estate for a Kemper Insurance company, and was President of Forum Equities, both in Dallas, Texas. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the CCIM Institute, the highest and most prestigious designation offered in the industry. He is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, and the Utah Association of Realtors. Tom has been active in his community having served with the Provo Rotary Club, and has been an investor and member of the Economic Development Corporation of Utah. He has served as a Trustee of Utah Valley University, Chair of the Utah Valley University Foundation, and President of the Utah Valley University Alumni Board. He has served as a Trustee of the Provo Theatre Company.
