Tom Goecke

Tom joined the Crawford Hoying team in 2004 and has been the Broker of Crawford Hoying Real Estate since 2014. He oversees majority of the transactions for Crawford Hoying Real Estate and assists clients with retail, office and restaurant space. Goecke also serves as the liaison to many of Crawford Hoying's residential and commercial investors and is the head of the Crawford Hoying Residential Real Estate division. Previously the property manager of a 5-community, 1,100-unit portfolio and of a 216-unit condominium complex, Goecke has an extensive background in multifamily acquisition, disposition and management. He was also a project manager and price optimization advisor at Crawford Hoying Living.
