Tom Godino is the founder and president of Godino and Company a nationally recognized commercial real estate firm serving New England, in particular the Greater Boston market, as well as New York for decades. Tom, who is a second generation member of a family that has been active in commercial real estate in Greater Boston since the 1950's, offers over 40 years of experience with many local, regional, and national contacts. He has extensive knowledge of zoning, financing, and the development process. Under his direction the firm has sold numerous commercial properties and multifamily housing and under his guidance has leased millions of feet of retail, office and industrial space and continues to be a valuable resource for clients with those needs.
