Tom Gockel

Tom Gockel is a licensed commercial real estate broker at Wallace Properties, focusing on Office-Sector leasing and sales with a specialty in Healthcare Properties. Tom has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2015 and comes from a family of real estate professionals. Tom previously worked in the Property Management department at Wallace Properties where he helped manage a portfolio of more than 60 retail, office and mixed-use buildings. He also has a background in commercial Property and Casualty insurance. Tom currently works with Ann Bishop, Senior Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, guiding tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers through the real estate transaction and/or leasing process. A graduate of Gonzaga University in 2015, Tom received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Finance. Tom maintains membership with Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) and Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. Tom is also actively pursuing NAIOP’s certificate of Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development. Outside of work, Tom enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
