Tom Fairlie

Tom has worked in the Industrial and Logistics market for over 10 years, having previously held positions with Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield. He joined DTRE in 2016 and has helped to grow the Midlands leasing team, specialising in the disposal of prime distribution and manufacturing facilities on behalf of a wide range of clients. He has a particular interest in the acquisition and disposal of development land on behalf of his clients. Tom has also helped a variety of clients, such as Sainsbury’s and Charles Kendall Freight, who were looking to acquire new warehouse facilities in the Midlands market. Tom is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, having qualified in 2013.
