Tom has been actively involved in the Tampa Bay area commercial real estate market for over twenty years. Transplanted from Michigan, he graduated from Clearwater High School and Florida State University with a BS Degree in Marketing. Having a solid base in the Tampa Bay area, he knows the market and the trends taking shape in that market. He has been associated with NYSE corporations and local investors as well. His strong analytical skills and negotiating ability, coupled with his consulting approach of tailoring real estate investments to the individual's needs, puts him in a category enjoyed by few professional brokers. Tom also has a specialized niche. He is an expert in recreational marinas and boatyards and has written several articles for marine industry publications. Tom has completed brokerage deals and consulting assignments in Mexico, in every state along the Atlantic Coast, around the Gulf Coast to Texas, as well as California and the State of Washington.
