Tom Damaschino

Tom Damaschino and his long time business partner Sam Higgins opened the KBC NorCal office in early 2021. Tom began his commercial real estate career with BT Commercial in 1999 which, via multiple mergers and acquisition, morphed into Cushman & Wakefield. Over the past 20 years, Tom has become a top producer at C&W while representing institutional and regional landlords along with strategic occupier assignments. Tom’s top clients include Prologis, CenterPoint, and Westcore among others. Tom has been married to Jamie for 19 years and they have three outstanding daughters (Ella, Mia, Lyla). When Tom is not pacing the sidelines of his girls lacrosse and soccer games, you can find him mountain biking trails in Northern California or on a nearby golf course. Tom graduated from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA with a degree in Communications.
