Tom Creer

Tom, originally from Heswall on the Wirral, returned from studying in Scotland to join the team in 2002. After completing a Geography Honours Degree at the University of Glasgow, he studied for a Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Property Appraisal, allowing him access into the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence qualification route, which he subsequently passed and is now a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer. Tom, who is an Associate Director with the company, is mainly involved in Agency work covering all sectors of business space and also undertaking elements of property management, valuation and other professional work. Tom is a keen skier and has been visiting the French Alps since the age of 3, with other interests including motor racing, cooking and DIY. Tom lives in Upton, Chester with his wife Claire.
