Thomas H. Cozzolino joined Majestic Realty Co. in 1999. As Senior Vice President, he is responsible for identifying existing commercial, industrial, and retail sites for acquisition and the identification of new sites for commercial, industrial, and retail development. As a development partner, Tom brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Majestic. Prior to joining the company, he served as Director of Real Estate Development for Crown Realty and Development, Inc., one of Southern California’s top retail development companies. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Holy Cross College in Worcester, Massachusetts and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. Tom is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
