Thomas Charlton, VP with Calgary’s Investment and Financial Services group, has over 21 years of experience and strong insight into development, sales, leasing and asset management, with all types of investment product. He combines specialized market knowledge with an understanding of the changing investment landscape, including new formats and emerging trends. Mr. Charlton’s background also includes site acquisitions, development analysis and re-classification experience. He consistently ranks in the top 5 of the Calgary office in terms of sales performance. Mr. Charlton holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alberta. He is also a member of the Alberta Real Estate Association.
