He has been active in the New Haven County markets in and commercial real estate acquisitions and development his entire career. Active in his community, Tom is the past Chairman of the Bethany Economic Development Commission and is an Executive Board member of the Orange Economic Development Commission. As a past Director of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors,® Tom has also earned his GRI, Graduate of Realtors® Institute , CRB, Certified Residential Broker designations and a member CCIM.. Included in his broad realm of real estate expertise, Tom is a residential and commercial property appraiser and a past member of the Connecticut Home Builders Association.
