Tom Callister is a founding partner of Linx, specializing in retail and land transactions. He brings a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry to the organization. Tom is a dedicated individual who always puts his clients' needs and desires first. He is an excellent communicator who listens to his clients, understands their objectives, and then puts in the time and effort to assure these objectives are being accomplished. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate Tom was involved in the construction industry working as an estimator, project manager and general contractor. This experience in construction has given him unique insight into the entire scope of commercial real estate and set him on a course of success in all areas of the commercial real estate industry. While working in this capacity Tom was heavily involved in the $110 million Dixie Medical Center in St. George. Although Tom specializes in the retail and raw land segments of the commercial real estate industry, he has excellent knowledge and experience in all segments. His experience and understanding of the entire commercial real estate market, combined with his continued success and outstanding reputation, have provided Tom the opportunity to work with such clients as Grayhawk Apartments, Telegraph Marketplace Shopping Center, Dinosaur Crossing Shopping Center, River Park Business Center, Northridge Industrial Park, Black Ridge Terrace Office Complex, Sportsman's Warehouse, Associated Foods, I.H.C., Sorenson Development, Trophy Homes, and Richardson Homes. Tom owns multiple commercial properties which give him an added perspective and personal experience to the commercial real estate industry which he shares with his clients. Tom is a hard working and very motivated individual; these attributes have helped him to earn several sales awards including top ten producer at Cushman & Wakefield in Utah 2014-2017 and the top producer at Coldwell Banker Commercial KGA in 2006 and 2007. Tom believes strongly in giving back to the community and is involved in various state foster and adoption programs.
