By utilizing his vast network of connections and knowledge of real estate, Tom Caliendo is the driving force behind Tide Realty Group. Tom is a native New Yorker who has worked in the Commercial Real Estate Industry since 2014. Tom earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Professional Communications at SUNY Farmingdale, as well as a Master’s Degree in Financial Planning from Molloy University. Tom’s mission is to work diligently through each transaction and continuously be engaged and hands-on from start to finish. Tom makes himself readily available at all times of the week for his clients. He consistently strives for excellence and creates an environment of continued success all while mentoring new agents.
