Tom Cahill

Tom Cahill is a Senior Sales Associate for CBRE. He is based in our Waterloo Region Office located in Kitchener, Ontario. Tom joined CBRE in 1990, beginning his real estate career in the resource department in the Toronto West Office. Tom's dedicated work ethic and persistance has allowed him to assist his clients in every level of real estate. Tom is a proven negotiator and problem solver. Tom has completed the sale/leasing of Industrial Properties in Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Stratford and throughout Southwestern Ontario. Prior to joining CBRE, Tom was an accomplished member of the New Home Builder Association of Ontario, completing the constructional sale of new homes in Kitchener. Tom and his family, wife Joanne and children Matthew and Mya, reside in Kitchener, Ontario.
