Tom Brennan

Tom interned with a local realtor and continued developing his knowledge and skills while attending Curry College in Milton. After two years with a realtor in New Jersey, he joined a small Real Estate firm on Newbury Street, where he spent the next 3 years. He then spent the last 34 years with a realtor who had a high concentration of properties on Newbury Street. There, he developed several marketing programs highlighting Newbury Street as the Fifth Avenue of Boston. He created Fashion night out on Newbury Street and worked with Herb Chambers to bring exotic cars to the street for an evening of pure fun; at the time, this was a first for Newbury Street being closed to traffic for the night. He was on the Newbury Street League where he was Vice President for 8 years. Tom’s knowledge of the industry resulted in being quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe and several other newspapers and media. Tom sat on committees for the Mayor and was interviewed on Emily Ronnie’s Show. Tom has sold over 45 buildings, some buildings four times on Newbury Street, Back Bay and Boston Area. He also leased close to a hundred locations, some multiple times, becoming one of the most successful real estate agents in the area. He is a dedicated, sincere, honest, knowledgeable professional with more than 40 years experience, whose sole desire is to serve his clients in obtaining fair value.
