Tom Blount
Tom became a licensed real estate agent in 1987, receiving his broker’s license in 1990. While his early experience as a real estate agent was in the residential sector, he decided to pursue commercial real estate in 2010 which led him to work alongside Steve Delacy, the owner of Delacy Real Estate. During this time, he worked diligently to establish relationships with many entrepreneurs and colleagues in the Blue Water area. In July of 2016, Tom became broker-owner of DeLacy Real Estate Exchange to carry on the Tradition of Trust in the commercial real estate market. His move from Delacy Real Estate to Pilot Property Group allows him more opportunities to help others develop their purpose, passion, and perseverance within their commercial real estate goals.
