Todd Weltmer

Todd Weltmer began his commercial real estate career in 2006 with Commercial Property Solutions, a regional general contracting and commercial real estate firm. Before moving over to Crossroads, he was Partner and Managing Broker at Parkway Real Estate & Development in Kansas City for seven years. Before Parkway, Todd worked for a range of larger, national firms and smaller, locally owned real estate firms. Since he began his commercial real estate career, Todd has been involved in transactions totaling over $200 million.
