With over 25 years of experience as a commercial property owner and operator, Todd Taylor brings a rich background to the Water Street Properties team. His expertise in acquisitions, financing and asset management, in both day-to-day operations and long-term strategies, gives Water Street a clear edge in providing outstanding service to our tenants and preserving value for our investors. Todd’s experience spans every aspect of real estate finance, including setting and executing capital investment strategies, building and maintaining banking relationships and debt restructuring. He also has a deep background in private placements of debt and equity for federal, state and municipal government-leased real estate projects, working through strategic partnerships with capital providers to offer financial structures unique to the government property sector. Todd received a B.S. in Operations Management from Boston University’s School of Management.
