Todd brings 25 years of experience to reviewing and analyzing office, industrial and retail acquisition and development opportunities throughout the Southeast. Todd spent 10 years as a broker at Lavista Associates, Inc., handling a broad range of industrial and office assignments including: Landlord representation for both private and institutional owners; Tenant representation; Buyer/Seller representation on user transactions; and investment sales. Following that time, Todd spent 10 years with Easlan Capital of Atlanta as Vice President. Todd's responsibilities included acquisitions, leasing, investment sales and development across the southeast. One notable redevelopment project was the Crawford & Company HQ property in Sandy Springs. Todd also oversaw leasing and brokerage activities which included the sale of 1455 Lincoln Parkway and 1090/1130 Northchase Parkway. Developments included 3328 Peachtree Road and the St Regis Hotel both located in the Buckhead submarket. Todd is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Georgia. He is a Phoenix award recipient from the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. Todd received his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and is an instrument rated private pilot.
