Todd Scholsohn

As a Senior Associate in JLL’s Norfolk, Virginia office, Todd represents tenants, landlords and investors in a variety of real estate transactions. Todd’s background in business, finance and sales yielded excellent leadership experience and negotiation skills. His current clients benefit from his outstanding service and his strategic advisement. Prior to joining JLL, Todd worked for Lennar Corporation. He started his career at Florida Micro, LLC as the company’s Director of Finance. He was President of Atlas Computer, Inc from 2005-2011. In his time with DRJS Properties, LLC, Todd purchased, renovated and leased residential real estate properties. He successfully located properties, made offers, hired contractors and found tenants. Additionally, Todd has led investments in passenger transportation businesses operating in Washington, DC and New York. His wide range of experience offers a well-rounded understanding of his clients’ business goals.
