Currently, he represents more than 500,000 square feet of office and retail space for lease from Sherman Oaks to Woodland Hills. Todd actively works with buyers seeking to acquire new assets ranging from $1,000,000 to $20,000,000. Todd Rizzardi holds a wealth of local market knowledge and commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining NAI Capital in 2019, Todd worked with Michael Development as Leasing Director for approximately one million square feet of retail and office space.
