Todd Mendon

Todd P. Mendon is a licensed realtor in both Kansas and Missouri and works primarily in the area of commercial real estate with an emphasis on industrial properties. Mr. Mendon has been involved in the investment and industrial real estate markets for more than 22 years. Mr. Mendon has been directly involved in over 30,000,000 sq. ft. and $250,000,000 in volume in real estate sales and leasing transactions since entering the industry. Mr. Mendon is President and Founder of Mendon Consulting, LLC., a business he founded in 2001. Mendon Consulting, LLC. provides sales and marketing consulting services to the industrial real estate market. In addition, Mr. Mendon is currently working for Bulk Industrial Group LLC, an industrial real estate investment firm specializing in repositioning warehouse, manufacturing and distribution buildings. He is also formerly the managing director of Big Industrial, LLC. Mr. Mendon has a BS degree in Business Administration from Pittsburg State University graduating in 1984. He has continued his education by attending MBA courses at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri as well as continuing education courses offered in the area of real estate and finance. Mr. Mendon has also completed coursework in pursuit of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the National Association of Realtors and is a long time member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and participates in both local and national SIOR activities.
