Todd Haber serves as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Paradigm Commercial Real Estate Group based in Lake Mary, Florida. Todd specializes in the sale and leasing of medical and professional office, in addition to the sale of development land in the Florida market. Todd attributes his success to local market expertise and treating his clients as if they were his only client. After graduating from the University of Miami, Todd began his career as an accountant at Rachlin Cohen & Holtz, a public accounting firm in Miami, Fl. After receiving two promotions he pursued a career in real estate. He was quickly promoted to upper management at company headquarters in Southern California and was responsible for over 1 billion dollars per year in mortgage lending. While in California Todd got married and started a family. Looking to get back to Florida, he jumped at the opportunity to work with Sperry Van Ness when he found out that they were looking to dominate the commercial real estate market in Florida the way they were in California. Lake Mary offered both a tremendous commercial real estate market and a place to raise a family. Since joining, Todd has been able to combine his own entrepreneurial spirit with the SVN tools to successfully gain an encyclopedic knowledge of today’s market and cultivate advisor/client relationships with national homebuilders, the VA of Central Florida, and some of the more prestigious doctors groups in Central Florida.
