Todd Cobin, MPA, MAJCS

Todd is a native of Los Angeles with a comprehensive understanding of current and long-term trends within the Greater Los Angeles marketplace and beyond, and he specializes in Tenant Representation and Investment Sales. Prior to becoming a Partner at Wilshire Advisory Group, Todd started his commercial real estate career with Stone-Miller in 2003. Todd’s strategic and balanced service platform maximizes opportunities for his clients as they expand, consolidate, acquire, reposition, and dispose of commercial real estate assets. Todd’s distinctive personal and business experiences, coupled with his unique and effective interpersonal results-orientated approach, aligns his clients’ real estate needs with their financial and operational objectives on local, regional, and national levels. Before starting his career in commercial real estate, Todd served as the Director of Administration for Temple Judea in Tarzana, California, where his responsibilities included merger and acquisition, administering a $5 million annual budget, and supervising all aspects of financial reporting, operations, and human resources. Todd holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Management from Hebrew Union College. In addition to attending Tulane University, Todd received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech and Business Communications from California State University Northridge.
