Todd Carnes
Executive DeveloperTodd moved to Lexington along with his wife, Kerri, and two daughters in October 2000, after serving for several years as a Christian missionary in Siberia. Having landed here in Lexington, his family took root in the area and have made it their home over the last two decades, adding a third daughter along the way. Over the last 22 years, Todd has led in local churches and been elected twice to Lexington Town Council. Along with co-owning Todd Realty Partners, Todd also does consulting in leadership and organizational development. Kerri has continued her love of family and volleyball while coaching her three daughters as Head Coach at Pleasant Hill Middle, Lexington High School, and Ben Lippen School over the last decade, before joining the team herself at Todd Realty Partners. Kerri and Todd work together as a team and would be glad to serve you as you make these very important real estate choices in our community.
