Mr. Barton is recognized as an expert in the field of industrial real estate, having completed numerous transactions involving large, complex bulk warehouse and manufacturing properties. Mr. Barton and his team combine their market knowledge and significant experience base with CBRE’s industry leading platform to deliver exceptional results. Recognized for his ability to mesh analytical market statistics with real time “in the trenches” market intelligence, Mr. Barton regularly interacts with the highest levels of leadership in the industrial arena.
