Toby is senior negotiator with Colliers International, Toby has worked with Colliers for over 25 years following graduation from York University. Toby’s strengths include a balance of technical as well as relationship skills. As an experienced negotiator, Toby brings a perceptive and strategic approach to any real estate transaction. Foresight and careful planning are crucial elements in his success and in representing and protecting the business interests of his clients. Toby has concluded in excess of 1,700 lease transactions during his career.
