Toby Scrivner

Toby Scrivner, a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, is a senior vice president in Northmarq’s Tulsa office. Before Northmarq, Toby served as a partner at Stan Johnson Company. He joined Stan Johnson Company in 2006 and established the company’s first team of professionals dedicated solely to the sale of healthcare investment properties. By continuously monitoring the trends and changes within this unique niche of the net lease market, Toby has proven himself as a knowledgeable resource to owners and buyers of healthcare properties. Since then, Toby's team has closed 211 deals representing over $1.5 billion in healthcare real estate transactions. Responsible for all facets of the commercial real estate market including locating, analyzing and purchasing investment-grade commercial properties, utilizing capital raised through syndication, and joint venture partnerships, he understands the needs of corporate real estate users and that makes him a valuable partner in the eyes of his clients. Toby holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. He is a Gulf War Veteran and a member of the Foundation for Ambulatory Surgery in American Physician Hospitals of America, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and U.S. Naval Institute.
