Toby Gardner

Toby has always enjoyed the competitive nature of playing sports. His experiences through wrestling had a tremendous impact on his life by providing insight into the work ethic required to win and succeed. He continually utilizes the skills learned through competitive sports to stay consistent and driven to achieve his goals. On weekends, Toby enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching Oregon Ducks football, and golfing. He also enjoys taking his dog, Bella, for walks and attempting to teach her new tricks (with varying degrees of success). Toby is an Associate at Versa Real Estate Services, servicing clients throughout Chicagoland. Prior to joining the firm, he spent three years in SaaS sales, where he was instrumental in generating new business opportunities. His dedication to his clients and team members was demonstrated through multiple promotions in a short period of time. Toby is a licensed Broker in the State of Illinois and graduated from the University of Oregon with a focus in Applied Business and Economics.
