TJ McNeece

TJ McNeece, MBA is a results driven real estate broker with over 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate. Having worked as a commercial real estate manager with a Fortune 50 company, his experience includes asset management, credit underwriting, property operating statement analysis, and due diligence on commercial credit transactions valued at over $10 billion. As a Director with a commercial real estate private equity firm in Dallas, he developed extensive knowledge of Private Placement Memorandum’s (PPM’s), financial modeling, and sourcing equity capital. Mr. McNeece also served as Vice President of Mortgage Lending with a large financial institution in Dallas. As a key executive, he directly managed, recruited, and trained real estate employees (loan officers, processors, underwriters, and loan servicers), and provided lending training to about 200 employees. Most recently, TJ McNeece formed a real estate investment firm Legacy Commercial Group) and operates as a Director with KW Commercial. With a strong commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards, he works with clients in commercial real estate.
